Nigel shared fantastic information once again! I consider myself a health enthusiast, but he really puts me to shame—in the best way. This workshop reinforced some things I already knew, reminded me of things I should be doing, and definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. Thank you for the challenge and the motivation!
