  • How do I get CEU’s?

    Once you have completed your workshop, please fill out the "CEU Processing Form" and then you can leave the rest to us! If we verify your attendance to the entirety of the workshop, then we will notify our RID Sponsor of your earned CEU’s. Per the RID website, please allow up to 60 days for your CEUs to appear on your transcript. If you review your transcript after 60 days and your completed workshops do not show please contact us at [email protected]

  • What is your workshop return policy?

    It’s very important to us that you’re satisfied with your online workshops. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re always happy to help if you run into any technical issues. If you find that a workshop isn’t a good fit and you’re still within the first 10 minutes of viewing, we’re glad to allow you to switch it for a different workshop. Please note that CEU credit is only awarded for workshops that are completed in their entirety.   • Who are your presenters?

    TerpAcademy carefully hand-selected top industry professionals as our presenters such as Nigel Howard, Peter Cook, Robyn Dean, Crom Saunders, and many more.

  • How long do I have access to my workshops?

    In order to receive CEUs, you need to complete your workshop within 1 year of your purchase/enrollment. However, the workshops will remain in your personal library indefinitely! You will be able to go back and watch the workshops again and again if you wish!

  • How do I pay for my workshops?

    TerpAcademy accepts all major credit cards.
