Interpreter, Yoga Teacher

Jen Kagan

Jen Kagan brings nearly three decades of experience as an interpreter, navigating challenges such as repetitive strain and doubts about confidence and flexibility. Throughout her journey, she’s discovered the transformative power of yoga and Ayurveda. As an accomplished yoga instructor for over 15 years, she holds a Level 3 certification in Iyengar yoga and is recognized by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. With thousands of hours dedicated to both practice and study, she offers a wealth of expertise. Jen is deeply immersed in Ayurveda, holding certifications as an Ayurvedic Health Coach and Therapist Level 1 from Ayushkama Ayurveda Institute. Her commitment to ongoing learning is evident in her advanced studies, including Vedic Counseling with Dr. Frawley and cranial sacral therapy. Jen’s diverse background uniquely qualifies her to guide others on a path to holistic well-being.
